another pic from the road trip. you may have seen it from the album, but i just want to highlight this picture cuz i really love this. it was taken inside the cave - a wind tunnel, to be exact .. a huge wind tunnel, that is -- in antelope canyon, arizona. the canyon is located inside the navajo tribe reservation area which is off-limits to public, except if you enter with a navajo tribe guide (btw, navajo reservation area is actually the largest native american reservation in the united states). according to them, this wind tunnel is a sacred place. inside there were huge stones crafted through years and years of wind and mudslides that went through the canyon. on top of the canyon, there were holes that let the sun comes in and creating a beautiful shades of light when it touches the red rock of the canyon. it was just a marvelous view when you come at the right time of the day.

paw and i went to this place after we saw the ad in one of the visitor's center. we knew we just had to stop by. it was heaven for photographers who tried to take pictures. too bad we didn't take the photographer's tour, so we didn't have enough time to actually take pictures with the right equipment. this is one of the best ones i can get, and it was hand-held. (taken by nikon d70: shutter 1/10, aperture f 3.5)
