one of the funny thing about parking rules in manhattan.. it's so damn confusing. getting a parking ticket is a common thing in the city. and this sign just shows why it is so. gosh, why bother putting the two signs when it boils down to plain no parking at anytime? tricky.. tricky.. tricky..
